hi, ningninggin! Sent you a pm =) Yes, refills are not sold separately as far as I know. When you're through with the 2nd rubber pad, it's time to change the entire curler. I sell the original curler with 1 refill for P820. I heard the mini is back in production, but i have yet to get my hands on them =) hope this helps!
